Chick-fil-A needed a strategic approach to attracting high-caliber talent into their restaurant. The main goals were creating opportunities for individuals just starting that were looking for their first job or individuals that were looking to make a career on the Chick-fil-A leadership route.

We creatively strategized on the way to capture the heartbeat of the restaurant while maintaining the corporate brand identity. We quickly and aggressively gathered our production team to make their vision come to life, walking away with a piece of content that successfully tells their brand story and the culture prospective employees would be walking into.

We streamlined content creation for Chick-fil-A, leading to greater efficiency and improved output. Our contributions included new brand photography, a promotional film, and a comprehensive social media strategy.
